I’ve built my career around food, but my story has never been limited to the kitchen. From cooking and creating to sharing ideas on television, writing and building a business, I’ve always believed in following my curiosity and making room for what’s next.

My journey has taken me from Kingston, Jamaica to Canada, opening doors to new experiences in publishing, entrepreneurship, and beyond. Every chapter has taught me something new, and I’m still writing the next one.
